Youth hockey leagues offer boys and girls, ages 4-17, an opportunity to participate in a fun, healthy activity. Registration will be open until leagues are full. After the registration deadline, players will be placed on teams only if space allows.
Divisions include:
- (6U) Ages 4-6
- (8U) Ages 4-8
- (10U) Ages 9-10
- (12U) Ages 11-12
- (14U) Ages 13-14
- (16U/18U) Ages 15-17
Full hockey equipment and USA Hockey membership is required for participation in the program. Scholarships are available. Call 208-608-7716 for further information.
Important Announcements
** NOTE** Players register for the age division they played in for Fall/Winter 2025-26 season, if they are out of Learn to Play, then they should register for their current age division.
Parents/guardians are responsible for registering their child in the appropriate division. Division 1 is reserved for travel and higher-skilled players, while Division 2 is reserved for house and recreational players.
The Hockey Department reserves the right to move a player to the division in which they are deemed best suited based on skill level, experience, and overall development. Such placement changes may result in a different game time and/or night of the week.
Team placements will be determined by staff coaches and volunteer coaches from across all programs, using their experience and familiarity with player abilities.
If an age group does not have enough players for 2 divisions, 1 division will be formed which may lead to game times and days changing.
